With this contribution to the interpretation of the work of Ludwig Wittgenstein I intend to correct the approach with which his work has been interpreted, from the self-understanding of Western philosophy as the work of the concept to appropriate reality, to turn the focus and center us on the epistemological approaches of the celebrated author in this centenary of the publication of his first book, the Logisch philosophische Abhandlung, known for the Latin translation, as the Tractatus lógicophilosophicus of 1920, which changed the course of philosophy in the twentieth century. Because his approach proposes another way of doing philosophy, radically different, which is inserted in the practice of everyday language —the only one we have and the only one that is not posture to assume— and from there he tries to elucidate how experience is organized, with a practical logic as I dare to maintain, it unfolds in the same immanent logic of social life and language. Leaving behind as erroneous the objective and distant perspective of the sciences that objectifies speech, distorts its character of practice and that as a theory cannot materially produce human speech, it is sterile, while societies and everyday language do achieve it in their own way. And this procedure, in my opinion, has implications for the other sciences, which would force us to rethink both the social sciences, biology, ecology and physics. And this approach then allows us to take enough distance to recognize the limits and scope of the Western cultural bet, which is not the universal science it pretends to be, because pretending that is ideology.

Motor skills to improve the driving technique of cyclists from the National University of Central Peru.

The present research emerged from the following problem: “How does the implementation of a motor skills program influence the improvement of cycling technique among the students of the National University of Central Peru?” The general objective of this study was to determine the influence of the application of a motor skills program in improving cycling technique among the students of the National University of Central Peru. The scientific method was used as the general method, and the experimental method was used as the specific method, with a preexperimental design. The study included 24 students, and the data collection instrument used was an observation checklist. The study concludes that there is a positive influence of the motor skills program on improving cycling technique among the students of the National University of Central Peru.

Pedagogical legal analysis of the recovery of the Patarcocha lagoon in Pasco

The objective of this article is to demonstrate that the pedagogical process of the recovery of the Patarcocha Lagoon can be carried out through an environmental legal analysis by the competent national, regional, or local bodies. The research methodology followed the guidelines of qualitative research, and the analysis was based on existing texts and facts. All the competent bodies regulating the care, maintenance, and recovery of the Patarcocha Lagoon were considered, and regulations such as the General Environmental Law, Water Resources Law, Regulation of the Water Resources Law, Supreme Decree No. 001-2010-AG, and Law No. 30653, which declares national interest and necessity for the Recovery, Conservation, and Protection of the Patarcocha Lagoon of Cerro de Pasco, were reviewed. After analyzing this documentation, it was concluded that an educational framework in environmental law generated or promulgated by different competent bodies is necessary for the recovery of the Patarcocha Lagoon in the city of Cerro de Pasco.

Relationship between physical activity level and anxiety during the pandemic

The objective of this study was to analyze the relationship between the level of physical activity and depression and anxiety in adults during the COVID-19 pandemic. The characteristics of the pandemic forced us to maintain confinement and social isolation, which could be a trigger for depression and anxiety in the population. The methodology used was quantitative, of a descriptive correlate type, the sample was 45 volunteers with ages ranging from 27 to 60 years, for data collection two instruments were applied: the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale test (HAD) and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ). The results show that regarding the level of physical activity, 42% had a moderate level, 36% a high level, and 22% had a low level of physical activity. Regarding anxiety, 71% of participants were without morbidity, 16% with pre-morbidity, and 13% with morbidity; and in terms of depression, 17% of the participants were without depression, 13% respectively were in pre-morbidity and with morbidity. In conclusion, there is a negative correlation between physical activity and depression-anxiety, that is, the greater the physical activity, the lower levels of depression-anxiety. For we point out that physical activity and exercise intervene in a positive way, generating preventive and therapeutic benefits in both physical and mental health.

The educational program “Learning to research” aimed to strengthen research skills

This thesis Educational Program Learn to Investigate, to Strengthen The Investigative Skills in the Students of the Third Level of the Faculty of Sciences of the Education And Humanities. UNAP. 2021, is an Evaluative type research, which used a quasi-experimental design and was oriented to Evaluate the effect of the educational program "Learn to investigate" in 30 students of the third level, already mentioned who formed the experimental group, and then compare them with the 30 students of the control group. According to the analyzed and contrasted results, it is concluded that the educational program "Learning to investigate" produces positive effects in the strengthening of research skills in students of the Third Level of the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Humanities. UNAP. 2021. Because Because there is a significant difference between the pretest (15,14) and the postest (18,34), which indicates the positive effect of the educational program.
